Clinic History
China Acupuncture Clinic was founded by Dr. D.X. Zhang in Tyler, Texas back in 1986. Working side by side, Dr. Randy Zhang learned from his father and operated the clinic for another 30 years after Dr. D.X. retired. Over the past 4 decades, more than 20,000 patients have been treated and reported pain relief after the therapy.
Now the expertise passed on to Erica Wang who has been practicing in both Texas and Washington state and is passionate about helping others and contributing to the community.

Erica was born in Taiwan. She graduated from the Nursing Department of Taipei Medical University in Taiwan. After working at the rehabilitation room in the hospital for over a year, she contacted a lot of stroke patients and saw how amazing that Traditional Chinese Medicine works on the patients. She decided to take an adventure in learning Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Before moving in Tyler, Erica has several years of working experience in Washington state. She specializes in pain management and has been successful in treating patients with various health issues, including sport injured, chronic/ acute body pain, internal health conditions (poor digestion, circulation), stress and insomnia.
